WISE Women in Technology: Mentoring the Future Event.

Friday 17th January, I got the opportunity to attend one of Mcafee’s event for women in Technology, WISE at Plano, Texas. It was very inspiring and encouraging. We had a panel of women in STEM to ask questions and they gave us a lot of advice.
The few things I took away from this event are:
- Be Confident in anything you put your mind to do.
- Take charge of your responsibility.
- Know what you want and go for it.
- keep learning every day of your life.
- Stay humble.
- Never allow your thought to manipulate you. You can do it
- Network Network Network !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was really inspiring and I am glad I attended.
